So, I have been constantly told that using your GPU encoder is better for your pc, and if you have the right GPU it can often be higher quality than the CPU encoders.
I have an AMD RX 5700xt card and the quality on it's encoders SUCKS. I tried experimenting with the settings and randomly the recording had tons of dropped frames, even though my game is fine, and when I went back to my original settings with CPU encoder and all that, my recording started to lag there as well.
Why is this?
These are my normal settings that I normally have no problems with until today
(and if I need to change stuff, what are some very high quality settings for AMD gpu or cpu)
