Sudden video lagging while recording

Hi, I've recorded many videos recently, never had any issues. I sat down to record today and video lagging started occurring. I did not make any changes to my setup (software or hardware) whatsoever. I tried multiple resetting, unplugging and plugging of the USB camera, etc, but no use. I did read on this and seems everyone suggesting a different potential solution. I was wondering if anyone could provide any advice based on the log how I could resolve this? Much thanks in advance.

1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10 to the newest available version (not 11).
2. Enable Game Mode via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Install the newest version of OBS from https://obsproject.com/download.
4. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
5. Set the Audio Sampe Rate in OBS to 48 kHz.
6. Use the Quick Sync Video (QSV) encoder instead of x264.
7. Record to MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.

If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto Remux in the Advanced Settings.
