Question / Help Sudden shuttering at varies times when opening OBS

Hello this is my first Post, so..
as the title says my game shutters sometimes, even if i'm not recording/streaming/replay buffering.
But this issue only occurs at a certain game (called Crossfire). When i open or record when i play CSGO or Overwatch it doesn't happen, not even dropping frames.
When i open OBS for the game i want to record or stream, my game lowers the fps (from 200 to 140) and it can be every 10s it can be every 1 min I get like 10 fps for 3 seconds or so. It doesn't make sense to me because i use the exact same settings even tho im just opening OBS it does that + the games graphics are really lacking, so i shouldnt have any CPU or graphic problems because games like CSGO or Overwatch are at least 5x more demanding when it comes to CPU/GPU usage.
Also, when the problem occurs (when i start OBS), it doesn't fix if i just close OBS, I still get those shutter lags and such for as long as i restart the game.

Thanks in advance for helping me :)

You do have multiple game capture sources on one scene which is known to not be a good thing to do. You should only need one either set to capture all full screen apps or capture via hotkey command. The few games that dont play with game capture you have to do screen capture.

So try removing all but one game capture and see if that helps. Also any other programs that attempt to hook into a game to display information can cause conflicts example would be rivia statistics tuner(had this start interfering randomly recently), discord, steam/origin/etc overlays.

Also if your gpu usage is too high obs will not have enough to process, monitor usage with somelink like gpuz or hwinfo 64(sensor mode) to see what your hitting max / average.

Also complete log would help, as in a log that shows the program ending.

I tried to put just the game in the source and it still didnt change anything, I tried to remove every program which could affect OBS, I doubt my GPU has troubles with that game because I can, like i wrote, stream games like CSGO and Overwatch, which should demand wayy more GPU usage than the game I have trouble with.
Also for my log, I did run OBS, played the game and when my FPS did shutter, I took that log, I didn't stream or record because, as I wrote, my FPS shutter even when i just run OBS, and the problem remains even after closing OBS, just until I restart the game it's gone.

But earlier I had problems with my graphics drivers when I used Radeon ReLive (AMD's shadowplay), even my PC crashed when I used it, on forums I read that i had to use older versions and so I did and the problem disappeared. But now I have the newest since I don't use ReLive,
can my drivers cause issues on certain games?

So I finally fixed it and it was the most simple solution... Starting OBS as Admin.
If anyone wants to know:
I erased my SSD, set up a new Windows and downloaded all my programs in hope it would fix the problem but it came with more problems with OBS.
I did add game capture and added the game but it was just blackscreen, so after a little research, some had problems with Windows Aero design, which I turned off but it still didn't do any better but it helped my game stop crashing (has nothing to do with OBS) so I would leave it off anyway and when I read to start OBS as admin I did and it finally recorded my game + my problem with the fps shutter completely disappeared. I can confirm it was not because of Aero because I tried everything after to know exactly what caused it just out of curiosity.
Thanks for helping anyway :).

I have to add that it was also Aero's fault still. I disabled it (i have windows 7), though whenever i restart my pc my aero is not visabally active but it somehow runs in the background and after every (re)start of my pc i have to enter "net stop uxsms" in cmd so it shuts down completely, and after that I can smoothly record/stream with OBS, just wanted to add that for the people who have problems with that :)
