Question / Help Sudden short drop of frames while streaming.

I've been trying to stream Smite. When I'm not streaming i get a solid 80-100 fps and so do I when i stream but the difference is that when I stream i get frame drops once in a while.It is very constant and annoying . I've tried lowering my settings , but I got no results. I tried Tweaking around with the bitrate stuff and that also didn't help. I'm quite new to OBS and I would greatly appreciate some help. Also my ping is 7 ms and the upload speed is 6.26 Mbps, as stated by speedtest.net .
