Sudden lost of frames

Hello, so i used to stream every day with no problem but since last week ive been getting too many lost frames no matter how low do i try to keep the settings

Im currently using nvenc with a 2070 super

Your lost frames are due to bandwidth/connection:

21:55:32.029: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1417 (1.3%)

Drop your bitrate, or figure out why you aren't able to sustain 6000kbps (i.e. whether it's local network, or ISP related).

You are right, idk why since i have 30 mb upload, but i just dropped it to 5000 and no lost frames, thank you so much

I have 60 megabytes of load and I still lose frames, I transmit 4000 and I lose frames. why?
