Question / Help Sudden image stuttering out of nowhere in OBS Studio

Hello,
so I've been streaming for roughly two years with the same settings and out of nowhere, my OBS is now showing stuttery image no matter if I stream, record or just watch my stream preview.
There were no modifications to OBS settings and other soft- and hardware. I am not aware of any recent updates either, considering I am still using Windows 7 that would be quite a surprise anyway. I have reinstalled OBS, checked my drivers for recent updates, checked my temperatures (which are totally fine), ran a network speedtest (which is fine too with 400up/20down), cleaned up my SSD a little and fiddled around with CPU presets and priorities for OBS, all with no success.
At this point I'm really not sure what the issue could be since everything ran fine for years up until yesterday. OBS stats are telling me that there are skipped frames due to render delay (https://puu.sh/AwtUN/b04bc8e389.jpg), perhaps that could be a hint onto something?

Setup:
CPU: Intel i5-6600K (no OC)
GPU: MSI GTX 960 4GB (no OC)
RAM: G.Skill RipJaws 4 16GB DDR4 2133 MHz
Motherboard: MSI Z170A PC MATE
Windows 7 64-bit

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I am making a living out of streaming and I'd like to get this sorted out as quickly as possible.
Thanks in advance.

No stream attempt in the log. There are a bunch of missing file errors, though-- looks like you have a lot of complex scenes with missing elements. Either fixing them or deleting the missing items might be a start.
