Question / Help Sudden huge frame drops

I was streaming fine earlier today without any frame drops or anything at 1080p, now I tried it again and it seems to be dropping frames really, REALLY heavily. It works fine for the first 10 seconds or so without any frame drops (or maybe even a minute) and then it starts dropping frames like this: http://puu.sh/4F12e.png

Could I get any help with this?...

Max Bitrate: 3500 Using CBR
Resolution 1080p
CPU Preset is veryhigh.

My GPU is Asus GTX 590 3GB and my CPU is i7-2600K overclocked at 4,6Ghz. Thanks for the helps in advance.

EDIT: I also installed newest drivers by Nvidia, but that shouldn't affect it as my friend streams with OBS too using the same drivers.

Alright, uploaded the log in this post as an attachment. Also my internet connection is just fine, tried London and London (Secondary) as servers.

Here's also a Speedtest to london. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3004965464 did it now.

Edit: Did a test stream again, it works completely fine no frame drops at all for 20 seconds, then it starts dropping frames rapidly, as in nonstop (pretty much every possible frame is dropped) and it doesn't stop 'till I end the stream.

The London Twitch servers went down on Friday and are redirecting all traffic to Amsterdam, so the Amsterdam server is overloaded. Try another server, such as Frankfurt, which is surprisingly doing well lately.

Found out they have a new Swedish server which is closer to me, going to test on that. Going to edit this post if it doesn't work out.

EDIT: Aaahh still having same problem. 20 seconds, after that it dropped 230 frames in 6 seconds...

EDIT2:Okay it really seems like it's twitch's fault now. I tried the bandwidth tester in xSplit, it failed for every other server close to me, but frankfurt...
