Question / Help Sudden frame drops & upload

Ill make it short and quick.

Been streaming fine past 3 weeks, 720p @2500 Bitrate no connection issues at all.

Last 2 days, drop %50 of frames during stream and cant hold stable 2500 or 2000 Bitrate.

Internet speeds are 180Down, 30Up, ISP is Cox

Anyone having similar issues recently?
