Question / Help Sudden frame dropping issues

Been working great for 6 months+, but today it's started dropping frames like crazy, and after troubleshooting everything from the ISP (speeds are normal, and stable) to even my cables, I can't find what's causing it. It's been whitelisted in my firewall and worked fine until today.

dropped it all the way down to 1000 and got a stable stream, then as it was streaming, I bumped it up to 2000, then 2500, then 3000, then back to my normal 3500 and it ran stable..
