Hi guys. This is my first post here. I would like to get help if its possible.
I am a league of legends player and i use to stream my games verry often. For the last 2 months i am getting a fps drops while streaming on twitch. These random massive fps drops are happening no mather if im in the middle of the fight or not. When i alt tab my game and check my obs it says warning high encoding. Which never happened before since i got my new cpu. When i bought my cpu at first i didnt had any drops or anything. And now last 2 months it started to happen. I used to set my fps at 60 and 1920x resolution, and everything worked just fine for me and the viewers. When i felt my first drops after a month, I changed fps at 45 and lowered my resolution at 1.25. And it worked fine for a 2 days, and it kept droping ever since. It doesent drops only if i put 30 fps and lower my resolution. I can post my cpu specs here:

8gb ram
