I was streaming for a few months and i started randomly dropping ~25% of my frames for about a month and a half and then it went back to normal. At the end of June it began happening again and recently I have barely been able to stream with out dropping 30%+ of my frames. I have an upload average of about 20 and I have reached out to my ISP multiple times and they have reported no problems each time. I am gonna attach my log for a recent stream since nothing seems to be working to fix it. please help!!
