Sudden dropped frames on OBS

I've been streaming with the same settings for a couple of years now just last week I started having issues with my frames, where they would all of a sudden drop drastically. I haven't changed any of my settings in a long while, so I was wondering if anyone could help me with this?

You don't have enough stable bandwidth for the settings twitch is using. You need to limit the bandwidth you use with Enhanced Broadcasting/Multitrack Video or just disable it and do a single stream. If you go that route, go to Settings > Advanced > Network > Enable Dynamically change bitrate [Apply] [OK]. You can then monitor the log and see how your low your bitrate goes.
