Sudden drop to 0kbp/s (common issue)

I am well aware that this is a common problem and there's an existing thread which shows steps on how to troubleshoot. I did all of them, the only thing I haven't done is changing my ISP which is of course not the best possible solution in these times. I'd just like to share my logs and see if I'm missing out on something. I had this problem ever since I started using OBS studio from my old rig which was not as good as my current rig for streaming, which therefore means the problem it's not rig related. As a workaround I use a disconnection protection whenever I get disconnected from twitch so that my VOD would continue instead of being cut-off into multiple VODs (result of random disconnections / sudden drops to 0kbp/s)
