So I record csgo clips and make little edits. I have a core i7 2600k 16gb ram and a gtx 460. I would record at 1080p 60 fps with quick sync vbr in custom settings at 40mb/s and not have any issues. Today i was going to re record some of the scenes and i noticed that my game fps was fine but my obs fps was below 10 when i tab out and click on my obs it returned back to 60 while still recording the game being the game was choppy because i wasnt directly using it. this has never happened before. uninstall then reinstall obs same problem but now i cannot use quick sync in the 64 bit version because it said it cannot initialize a helper. and i cannot seem to fix fps problem any help is greatly appreciated
