Subject: Persistent Missing Files warning for Image Mask/Blend filter — OBS 32.1.2

I'm receiving a Missing Files warning when starting OBS, referencing an image previously used by an Image Mask/Blend filter.

Originally, two missing files were listed. Clicking Apply without specifying replacement files successfully eliminated one warning, but the second continues to appear every time OBS starts.

The remaining file is <span>iphone_left_blur_gradient_mask_1920x1080.png</span>.

I've checked every scene, source, and filter in my active scene collection and cannot locate the filter responsible. The image no longer exists on my computer.

OBS otherwise works perfectly, and none of my scenes appear to be affected.

I've confirmed that the missing file is still referenced in an exported scene collection JSON file.

Is there a way to tell OBS to permanently discard this missing-file reference without manually editing the JSON or risking changes to my working scene collection?
