Question / Help Sub-region?

Any way to do sub-region as in OBS classic? Manually guessing numbers with the crop filter is real painful when compared to the sub-region Classic has. Just resize a box and its done. Why has it gone?

By the way, why are there two places to downscale video? One in Output category and one in the Video category. What's the difference/point of them?

To be able to record at full quality (to upload it later) and stream at low resolution (less bandwidth) simultaneously.

Is it possible to stream at 720 but record at 1080?
