Whenever I record with OBS, the video sometimes plays fine but has like 1-2 seconds of stutter/lag somewhere or the other. This isn't a big issue but I would still like to fix it cause I don't want a stutter or lag to happen during some important bit.
Settings are - 1920X1080, CQP,15 and I have a Ryzen 5 4600H and GTX 1650ti. I record gaming videos.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
