Question / Help Stuttering while streaming

Hey Guys ! With my 980 usually when i play dota 2 i get well crazy framerates but when i start streaming it starts to stutter and lag like its going from 100fps to 30-40 fps . Im streaming with only one system hooked up to two monitors. Any advice ?

as a sidenote dota2 is based on the source engine and source engine is a cpu based engine so your gpu doesnt really matter that much
