I don't remember ever having this problem and I think I know why it is happening but I don't know how to fix it. In some games mostly games that use gpu more then others my stream with stutter a lot and randomly will drop fps and the stream looks horrible. it will usually happen every 5 or so seconds but my game is running perfectly fine I looked up this problem multiple times and every time it seems to be a gpu issue. my cpu usage is like 30% and obs is only using like 10-20% so i don't think it is a cpu problem and my gpu is at 100% because im playing a game. this problem stops when i reopen obs and have the game running on my other monitor but when I go back to the game it starts lagging again.
Idk if this has any correlation but if I play a video in my second monitor while playing games the video will be extremely laggy and this hasn't happened before and just started recently
