Stuttering while Recording on my new PC

Hi there!

Recently I get a new Pc and im having a lot of stuttering issues recording that didn't have on my old computer. You can see those problem in this example

I have this problem recording both PC and console using Elgato 4k Pro and I don't understand why... cause my new pc is WAY BETTER than my old one ( Old PC: i7 8º gen / New PC: i7 12º gen - both same GPU)

Please don't tell me things like "record on MKV" i didn't have this problem before recording on mp4 and Adobe premiere do not support MKV cause adobe is a shame

This only happens when recording, I checked this same video example streamed on Twitch while i was recording and there is no stuttering at all in the streaming

I recommend you don't run as Admin.

You have a couple of few Scenes with multiple Game/Monitor captures. Only (1) per Scene is recommended.

I have this problem both, admin and not admin

Never had problem with Game DVR on my old pc but i can give it a chance

Not Usb just Regular 2TB HDD with the Label changed to Y (recording on a SSD is tottaly unnecesary for 1080p 60fps recording :S:S i NEVER used a sdd for recording, not even on older pcs)

In terms of scenes, im using exactly the same that in my old PC and those Monitor captura is for different monitors and i switch them on or off

Yep, I'm clueless.

Hand built (2) Z690's myself, a 12900k/3090 & 12700k/3060TI, both of them work perfectly with OBS with no stuttering....
