Question / Help Stuttering video / lags when streaming League of legends?

Hey! I just got my new computer and was planning on streaming LoL for a bit. But I lag as soon as I start streaming..

My speccs are:

Intel Core i7 3820 3.6 GHz
EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2048MB FTW
Corsair 16GB (4x4096MB) CL9 1600Mhz VENGEANCE LP
Corsair Cooling Hydro H60
Asus P9X79

Using the settings:
Quality: 8
Bitrate/Buffer: 3000
I have 100mbit internet with 15~ upload
I tried 30-60 fps

Here's something I recorded. It's not TOO bad but I mean it's annoying to play with the lag and it doesn't look too good.

Your computer seems like it should be able to handle HD, but I need to take a look at a log file to know specifically what's going on

If you are on Windows7 and using game capture, make sure that Aero is on and and see that you don't have an extra software desktop capture in your sources.

Lag is very ambigious... Is it network lag? FPS lag? Stuttery lag? Is it gameplay lag? Computer lag?

As Jim said post a log so we can see what's happening.

Based on looking at your video you're getting low FPS in game as well... Try setting the LoL frame rate cap to high or benchmark.

Also disable core parking, which I find helps out a lot with fluidity (your experience may vary though).
