Question / Help stuttering stream

i have imac and i downloaded bootcamp for windows 10, i play games smoothly with 144fps but when i try to stream with obs my stream is perfect quality and everything except that i have stutters which is really annoying i tried different options in the settings but still same problem or even worse.. help me to have smooth stream that wont cause eye cancer to my viewers.

i have attached my imac spec.

You need to run obs as administrator, and you need to provide a log where you were trying to stream.

i streamed then stopped the stream after that i copied both current and last log files. is that how it works or there is other way to show completed stream?
 
You have 3 of the exact same link as the last 3 log links you've provided. Please provide the new link from after stopping the stream.
