Question / Help Stuttering/lagging when recording and streaming (FCU 1709)

Hello everyone !

I have stuttering/lagging when I'm recording or streaming. (the preview is lagging too)
I upload my log file and you see my settings.
I think the reason of the problem is the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (1709). Before the update the recording and streaming is working with this setup.
My PC:
MB : Asus prime b250 plus
CPU : Intel Core I5 7600K
GPU : Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb Windforce OC
RAM : Kingston 16gb (2x8) DDR4 2400 Mhz
Monitor 1 : Samsung S24D330 Full HD gaming monitor 60 Hz (Game)
Monitor 2 : Samsung Syncmaster 920NW 1440x990 60 Hz (OBS)

Update !

I have only one game problem. This is the Forza Horizon 3. The game is running good when i recording, but the preview and rendered video is stuttering. Why ? Please help me!
 
I have the solution.
Only Display Capture working perfect this game and in the control panel change the game's Vsync settings to Adaptive!!!
