I've been experiencing stuttering during every recording session in OBS...both in the preview and in the recording itself. I'm using an Elgato 4K60 S+ that is connected to my LG CX TV and then ran to my PC via the USB 3.0 type-C Cable provided by Elgato. The gameplay on my TV is perfect...no stuttering at all. I've adjusted every setting that I can think of to no avail. The stuttering happens constantly on both my PS5 and Xbox Series X recordings. I'm new to using OBS ( only been at it for about a month ) and this has been an issue from day one. Here is my log file https://obsproject.com/logs/XI17ZswZl0pCQHVc.
