Hi everyone,
I've been streaming for almost two years now and have had my ups and downs with moving and having different isps and such. But in all that time I've never had this problem. Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 my obs video has been stuttering and freezing, even locally within my program. The audio still streams just fine apparently which is why this is so weird. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to fix this issue.
