Stuttering Fault

Hi

looking for some help with a Stuttering fault please.

We are streaming our local church services using OBS to both YouTube and zoom. The attached video shows the fault we are experiencing. This is very intermittent and can go several minutes without seeing it. We have two cameras and the fault appears on both and is seen on OBS before it reaches you tube or zoom. Cameras and laptop are hardwired to a BT router. Watched many videos with config suggestions to solve stuttering problems but none of these have fixed it. We have also tried different laptops CPU usage is around 20% or less. We are running OBS 27 and no other sources are configured on OBS.

Any suggestions to try to fix this would be appreciated. We are very much users so all suggestions welcome however basic.

We require more information to be able to fault find.
Run a test stream and post a log of that session.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
