eHey guys,
I'm fairly new to OBS but not new to streaming at all. I know pretty much all the basics but what I can not figure out is my issue here. So im looking to you guys, the experts, for help. I'd appreciate some responses from you all.
First off, here are my pc specs:
Corsair Vengeance C70 Case
MSi Z87-G45 Motherboard
i7 4770k @ 4.4ghz
Corsair H100i CPU Cooler
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR @2400mhz
ASUS VG248QE 144hz 24" 1920x1080
ASUS GTX780 Direct CU II 3GB
Samsung EVO 250GB SSD
Corsair RM650 PSU
Im on Charter Cable internet, 40mb download // Upload fluctuates from 3.5 to 4.1mb.
As you can tell, this is way overkill for this old source engine based game. So on the hardware side, i think im fine. I just feel like im not setting up OBS properly right now.
While I'm playing the game, I kind of get stuttering that only appears immediately when I start to stream and stays that through out until i turn the stream off. I turn it off and it goes back to being perfect. As you might know, CS:GO is a fast twitch shooter so even the slightest stuff will throw you off badly.
BTW, I get no FPS drops, its constantly above 300+fps at all times while this stuttering is happening and also my ping is still fine too, around 20-45ish at most while streaming.

I lowered the bitrate to 2500k but still experienced the same feeling when I was at 3k ( per the log above )
**** Also, I don't know why it downloaded and is running the 32bit version? Could this be my issue? Im on 64bit Win 7 Ultimate.**** ?
What is the issue here at hand ?
Thank you!
