Bug Report Stuttering capture - 60fps at 59.950hz

While using OBS and a monitor that has an EDID of 59.950hz there is always stuttering, there is a workaround (force 60hz) but in the end it is a problem with OBS as other capture software does not have the same issue. OBS should be able to detect the EDID and capture the frames accordingly, I'm not a programmer so I really don't know how to fix it, but maybe it will give some insight on how to solve the issue.

I'm not sure how common monitors are with an EDID of 59.950hz, but my Lenovo L220x is 59.950hz.

Here is the workaround for now for (mostly) stutter free capture:

Open CRU and make sure your monitor is set to 60hz (not 59.950). if it isn't, change it to 60hz and reboot.
