Question / Help Stuttering Audio

I was streaming today and everything was fine for the first 3 hours. At some point, in the middle of my stream, chat alerted me to a stutter in my audio. It happened out of the blue. It does it even when I record, too.

This is my first time on these forums, so I hope I attached the log correctly.

It's like it's detecting some kind of audio from my PC even when it's muted.
