Is there a guide to best stream settings? I just want the least pixelated and smoothest stream possible. Thanks!

Since every setup is different, there are no "the best" settings. You can start by using the auto-config wizard from tools-menu but after that it is just trial & error

What should the keyframe interval be for stream settings? I'm not sure what it should be on.

You really should be using simple settings unless you need multiple audio tracks for recording. That way you don't have to mess with unnecessary settings.
