Studio Mode & Transitions of Animated Lower Thirds

Hello all,

I'm starting to use more and more Studio Mode in my productions.

However, when I prepare an animated lower third, the lower third animation starts just loading the scene in the preview window, and when I do the transition to , the lower third animation is already started (I lost the first miliseconds of the animation).

Steps to repro:
Create a Scene, with Sources:

• animated lower third (.mov quicktime file with cinepack altha channel enabled)
• live video

How can I use studio mode with animated lower thirds without starting the animation until it is in Program Mode (live).
Is there a way to override the preview window in Studio Mode and launch an animated lower third or logo into Program?
How do you guys do this? I thought about activating/deactivating Studio Mode during the production...

So your animated lower thirds are completely pre-rendered?
Then try to insert a filter "render delay" into the lower-thirds resource (500ms max).

Otherwise you must prepend a leap second to your .movs

The completely other way is to control and produce the lower thirds live, instead of prerendering them.

Thanks... I understand that "produce the lower thirds live" you mean deactivating Studio Mode...
I'll try the other methods you mentioned....
