I'm using a Elgato hd60 s to capture xbox one gameplay. I think my problem could be that I'm forced to use a wi-fi connection at the moment. However, when I use the elgato software, I don't have the same problem of studdering (pausing for a second every ~3 seconds), but my cpu maxes out to 100%. when I'm using OBS, my cpu is only at about 60%, but I can't figure out the studder. Even if i severly lower the quality the problem persists, I've tried looking through the forums and help videos, changing the settings to no avail. Would it studder on the preview because of a wi-fi connection even if I'm not streaming? Thanks for the help, here's the log file:
