Stuck on "Stopping recording..."

Whenever recording with OBS, I seem to get stuck on "stopping recording...". It used to be the case that I would get an "Encoding overloaded!" error message, but after messing with settings that message doesn't seem to appear anymore.
I've been recording Hades footage, which seemed to work fine several days ago. I have messed with so many settings at this point I can't remember what the original settings I was using are anymore.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Changed to software encoding and I can complete a recording now, though I would prefer to use hardware encoding because I heard it creates either smaller file sizes or higher quality.
