So I have the latest version of OBS, a GTX 1060 6GB, 16 GB of RAM, and an AMD FX-8350, and my OBS seems to be locked at 20FPS with it occasionally going up but then stopping once I start recording. I have my settings high because I'm only using OBS to record not stream.
