So I've been streaming with OBS for over a year and in last 2 weeks, I had so many dropped frames then this happened. I can't even go live. I don't think there is a problem with ISP because everything works fine but OBS.

My first response will be to update to OBS Studio and try there. https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/how-to-easily-switch-to-obs-studio.55820/

Second, OBS can't really cause dropped frames. It's purely a connection issue, and just because other applications work fine does NOT mean that you can stream. Streaming is very fragile when it comes to connection stability. Far more so than most other applications. This is not an OBS problem, but a protocol problem.

Since you're streaming to Twitch:

Use the Twitch Bandwidth Test to find the best Twitch server to stream to. Set Duration to Medium. You can uncheck any regions you're not in. After the test runs, click the Share Result button to upload a screenshot, which can then be copied and pasted here. Get TwitchTest from http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester

Thank you for replying really quick.

I tried OBS Studio already but since it can not capture Rainbow Six: Siege (which you definitely should fix it), I decided to keep using OBS.

As far as I know the closest server to me is Prague, CZ. Here is the result of bandwidth test http://i.imgur.com/9KqA0KR.png

Not sure what you're talking about? OBS Studio captures R6:S just fine.

Game Capture doesn't capture R6:S :( Only way to stream R6:S is playing Borderless and capturing with window capture mode. Maybe it's just me though, I dont know.

It's definitely just you. Are you running OBS as admin?
