This is something I've been struggling with for a while. The log file dictates my most recent stream settings (and my most recent stream is here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/211747618 ). No matter what, the encoding refuses to cooperate with me, whether the bitrate is 2000 or 20000. No matter what game I play, no matter what setting I change, the stream quality always looks like that. I stream at 720p 2250 bitrate. I understand that for a first person shooter game there's going to be blurry pixelation but I really think there shouldn't be any for Mass Effect with those settings (or any other similar game). There's plenty of Overwatch streams I've seen with blistering high quality and yet none of my settings seem to do anything. With a Ryzen 5 1600 and a GTX 1060 I really doubt I should be having these issues.
