Question / Help Struggling with 1080p settings

Hello

I am really struggling with the settings, especially the encoder.
My specs are:
Intel I7-6700 Box
2x AVEXIR Core 8GB Series DDR4
ASUS STRIX-GTX980TI-DC3OC-6GD5-GAMING

I want to stream 1080p/60 fps,

And i am capturing with an Elgato / PS4. So the computer is only for streaming

1080p60 isnt really recommended on Twitch because the bitrate needed for a decent quality is unreasonable high compared to 720p60 even if you have a proper encoding rig
