Stronger encoder needed and stuttering stream

So I just recently bought an AMD ryzon 9 3900X in hopes to fix the stuttering I had when using a intel core, and on OBS it keeps telling me I need to use a stronger encoder and the stream stutters whenever I am streaming, i also realized that on task manager it says i am using 100% of my GPU


CPU: ryzen 9 3900x
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 570 RS.

Please post a logfile of a streaming or recording session at least 30 seconds in length, where the overload issue was occurring. We really do NEED one to be able to troubleshoot most problems, why it asks you to include one when opening a thread in the Support section. There's a pinned thread at the top of this forum with instructions on how to do so.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
