Strong computer but still lag ...

My computer is decent enough , i have NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER but theres still lag on CQP " 25 " is not even 15 or 5 so i don't know why ...

Change the preset from Max Quality to Quality and uncheck boxes for Look-ahead and Psycho Visual Tuning.
