Question / Help Stripes Bottom and right of the screen with huge lag

Hey just got OBS and recorded CSGO and These bars appear at the bottom and right of the screen throughout the recording with huge lag, I dont lag at all in game with very high FPS, anyone know why? need fixed ASAP please
