Question / Help Stringer Transition Crashing

Hiya guys :)
I've been having problems with stinger :(
I started having problems with this out of the blue on 8/29, before that stinger ran as usual and no logs before that date.
Haven't touched any settings, haven't installed anything odd or unusual.

I went ahead and uninstalled (After backup profiles and scenes), did what I figured was a clean install (probably wrong lol)
and reinstalled.

Unfortunately I didn't realize crash logs were different from logs.. so I don't have that info.
One thing I kept seeing was it's trying to use a AMD encoder? which is odd since I have a NVIDIA, and have never had a AMD graphics card. (AMD cpu though).

Also after it crashes, it says there's already an instance open when I attempt to re-open OBS.

Old log before uninstalling : https://pastebin.com/LMafKf7S

New logs after reinstalling:
Crash log: https://pastebin.com/v0wbF6EQ

Log: https://pastebin.com/2K1SW64R

This is all on OBS 20.0.1

Comp specs:

OBS has a built-in stinger transition now, and it looks to be the third-party plugin crashing. I would recommend removing it, and using the built-in stinger functionality.

Hello Fenrir,

In not wanting to create a new thread I am responding to this one. I do not have a third party installed and only have the latest OBS update but every time I try to use a Stinger transition it crashes my stream. OBS works fine and I can preview it with no issue, it is once I try to change scenes does the stream crash and go offline. Thank you for your help. The file is an MP4 and only 2 seconds long. I do not have any logs.

OBS creates logs automatically, and they should be present if you check the settings location.

Please provide the relevant crash log(s) for your issue. Press WinKey+R or go to Start > Search and type %APPDATA%\obs-studio\crashes and then press enter. Find the log with most recent timestamp on it, open it, and copy the contents to https://gist.github.com/ and then link here.

In the future, you should make your own thread and not post in an unrelated thread created by someone else. I understand this may seem related, but if you're not using the third-party stinger plugin, it's not. It is considered poor forum etiquette to hijack another user's post.
