Stringer Transition Audio

First let me describe my setup.
I stream using my pc, with a capture card (Razer Ripsaw HD) connected to my ps4. the capture card has a headphone port, which is how i get audio from my desktop and my console at the same time. I can hear music that i have opened on youtube going through my headphones, and i can also hear my game audio from my console. That part is not the issue.

The issue is... My stinger transition audio isnt going through my headphone, but my viewers can hear it... my audio source doesnt display it playing any sound either.
I do have speakers connected to my pc, for when i watch movies or whatnot, and instead of going through my headphones, it goes out my speakers.

Now.... I can already see what your thinking. " what is your audio settings set to for obs and your pc? "
so when i am using my capture card for audio, i have to switch my pc sound output to my capture card " Speakers (Razer RipsawHD) " which means... all audio that is being outputted on my pc, should be going through my headset. but when i switch my output to " Realtek HD Audio 2nd output (Realtek(R) Audio) " which is my speakers with audio jack cable. everything goes to that.

If there is some kind of fix please let me know

In the stinger properties you need to set the audio monitoring:

This image its from OBS 29 beta 3, so it may vary on your version.
