Question / Help Streming with OBS

Hi. I have a problem with my OBS. I take Cs go as an example. When I don't have Obs on i have around 400 fps in the game but when I start Obs my game gets caped on 60 fps and lagging like shit. Anyone knows what the issue can be pc specs down here.

CPU : Intel Core i7 7700K @ 4.20GHz
GPU : 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
MB : ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. STRIX Z270G GAMING
