Question / Help Street fighter V Woes.

Hey guys, I'm at my wits end with this and I don't know what I'm doing stream wise. I'm not really intelligent on how the whole streaming thing works, but I've been scouring the internet to get at least a decent understanding. Anyways, I've been trying to run SFV on my twitch and get a crystal clear view, but I CONTINUE to get heavy pixelation no matter what!

• I've changed my FPS from 60 to 30.
• I've tried x264 for to the NVIDIA NVENC
• I've downscaled my resolution and even changed my filter to lanczos from Bilinear. (So i've tried both.)
• checked with the twitch bandwidth test to see the best region to stream from.
• played with the settings ALL-AROUND!

So at this point, i'm thinking maybe I borked up somewhere in the settings or maybe I just dunno what to change to fix it?

Ummm, I see everyone else is getting responses. Is this the place where I seek out help? I thought the FAQs said this would be the place to ask...
