Streamyard won't recognize OBS virtual camera as having 1080p without constant fiddling.

I asked about this in Streamyard help, and they told me it's an OBS problem. This problem has been happening for at least a couple weeks now. I have a 4K video capture device and a 4K Sony camera hooked up to it. In order to get Streamyard to recognize that OBS virtual camera has 1080p available, I have to change OBS output to 4k, quit OBS, reload OBS, switch to 1080p, quit OBS, reload OBS, switch back to 4K, quit OBS, reload OBS, and keep doing that over and over again until Streamyard recognizes it correctly as 1080p.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
