Hello! Just got my new overkill PC and I'd like to start streaming again. I'm not so sure about which settings to use.
So what do you think? I'll put my specs below.

Specs:
Asus X99-Pro
Intel Core i7 5960X
Corsair 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 2666MHz CL15 Dominator
EVGA GTX 980Ti SLI
Samsung 950-series PRO 512GB M.2 NVMe
Samsung 850-series EVO 1TB

Internet: 30mbit/s download and 11 mbit/s upload.
you need to actually to and stream and post a log. what are you wanting to stream? I would recommend 720@60fps with medium/fast preset depending on game. bitrate 2700-3000 if not partnered, 3500 if partnered.Post your logfile

And when I raise my bitrate i often get freeze lags on the stream, and that's annoying to watch.
you cannot stream to twitch at 1440 dude. downscale to 720p. Second, OBS original does not like SLI. either change to OBS Multiplatform and use the multiGPU option in game capture or disable SLI while streaming

As i said I haven't like changed anything. I can just disable SLI, I'm not playing with SLI in LoL or CS:GO anyway because it seems like they don't like that ^^

The thing is that I feel like i always get bad quality on the stream, atleast with my old PC. What should i change to get good? Like good streamers etc.

read above and change the downscale to 720p, restart OBS and stream for 5 then post that logfile. do not watch your own stream while streaming, it takes up CPU and is not an accurate representative of if your viewers are buffering. trust your viewers.
