Question / Help Streams used to run perfect, but lag now

Hello, i used to stream on Twitch like two months ago, same pc and everything, and my streams were really good running and stuff. But now two months later i decided to stream, so i redownloaded my OBS. Problem is, that i get horrible lag spikes... Game runs 60+ fps for 10 secs, LAG, runs smooth 10 secs, LAG etc.. and my download and upload speed are both 80Mpbs. Im not dropping any frames or anything

My pc: Intel Core i3 3240 3.4GHz
GeForce 650 GTX
8GB RAM

Also i have Windows 10

Any ideas why that is happening? Could you give me some good settings?
