Question / Help Streams Randomly Dropping to 0kb/s

Over the past few days my streams have been cutting out entirely to 0kb/s. Today I streamed for over an hour at 0% frame drops and then it went back down to 0kb/s. My internet isn't dropping and my bitrate is 1700.

I've tried everything on the list. I'm starting the stream now with my bitrate at 500 and its fine for 10 seconds and then drops to 0kb/s again. Been doing this for an hour now.

Poubom turn on "New Networking Code" in Settings, and repost log
