Question / Help Streams an image not a live video

I installed obs, set it up according to the guide on twitch. When I pressed "start streaming," a couple of seconds after , it would freeze on the screen as it was in the game at that time. My twitch stream was just an image of the hearthstone main menu. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried using game capture and window capture, nothing works. Just a picture of the main menu. What am I doing wrong? There is no error message, it isn't lagging, its just plain not a stream. Its an image.

I'm pretty new at this, so I'm not sure what part of the log is helpful, so here is the whole thing:

My guess is something to do with either:

-"Failed on NIVIDIA GeForce...."

-"unstable connection"

Your CPU and GPU combination are too old to encode 1080p video in real time.
