Streamlabs Twitch alerts only have audio?

I'm having this weird issue when trying to use the browser/url source for my twitch alerts from streamlabs.com, when I test the alerts the audio works perfectly fine but I can't actually see the alerts pop up in my scene. I've fiddled with my settings on both OBS and Streamlabs and tried the 'refresh cache of current page' option in the browser source properties but nothing seems to have changed. Does anyone know a fix or any other steps to take? Thanks in advance!

I also tried using the streamlabs event list to see if I could use that as a work around for alerts but they're not working either, even after moving both of them to the top, all I can get from them is audio.
